You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your CV or profile). You grant us a licence to store, display, and process that content to operate and improve the Services.

The Services may connect you with colleges, universities, employers, and mentors. We are not responsible for their conduct or the outcomes of interactions with them.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Services will result in employment or specific outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
