At Solid First Step, we are a student-led team addressing a problem we have experienced firsthand: too many capable young people struggle to secure meaningful employment despite strong potential.
We work with FE colleges and universities to bridge this gap. By combining AI-driven tools, structured application support, and guidance from experienced mentors, we help students translate their abilities into successful job outcomes.
