Mentor a Young Person
Share your experience. Give a few hours a month. Help an unemployed young person take their next step into work.
Why mentor?
- • Make a tangible difference to a young person's prospects.
- • Strengthen your local community and Party association.
- • Build leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- • Flexible — typically 1–2 hours a month, mostly remote.
What we ask
- • Be a current Conservative Party member (any age, any region).
- • Commit to at least 6 months of regular contact.
- • Complete a short safeguarding induction.
- • Consent to a basic DBS check (we cover the cost).
